Join the Journey – Become a Storyteller!
We’re inviting students to join Climate Connections UG as storytellers—working with photography, video, audio, or writing to capture the voices and efforts of local changemakers.
As part of this opportunity, selected students will take part in a free one-day field trip to the Eco-Community in Mulranny (Mayo) on May 10th. During this visit, you’ll meet community leaders, explore sustainability projects, and begin documenting real-world climate action.
What you’ll gain:
Practical experience in fieldwork and collaborative storytelling
Meaningful engagement with climate solutions on the ground
The chance to build your creative portfolio
Who should apply:
Students interested in photography, videography, writing, or multimedia storytelling
Those curious about climate action and community engagement
Prior experience is a plus but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key
